Bookings & Payments – All bookings must be confirmed with full or partial payment as agreed. Prices are subject to change until payment is received in full.
Cancellations & Refunds – Policies vary depending on airline, hotel, or resort partners. Refunds (if applicable) will follow the supplier’s terms.
Travel Documents – Passengers are responsible for ensuring valid passports, visas, and travel documents. Southern Pearl Travels will assist with visa applications where applicable, but approval is not guaranteed.
Liability – Southern Pearl Travels acts as an agent between the traveler and service providers (airlines, hotels, resorts, etc.). We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, accidents, or losses caused by third-party providers.
Amendments – Any changes to bookings may result in additional charges based on supplier rules.
Force Majeure – Southern Pearl Travels will not be liable for disruptions caused by events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, government actions).
